Production Time: Normal production time is 2 weeks or about 10 business days. Around holidays this time can increase. Customers will be notified about any delays. If an order is needed in less than 10 business days, a rush order fee of $25.00 (1-3 pieces; add $5.00/piece for 4 or more pieces) will be added. Please notify us if a rush order is needed.
Shipping Information: We charge a flat rate for shipping & handling via USPS 1st class mail. If you wish to use UPS, the charges are actual cost from UPS. Contact us for a quote on rush or overnight shipping.
Refund and return policies: No refund, exchange only within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at admin@OpulentMetals.com for return authorization number.
